DutchTecSource (DTS) has been developing and building innovative machines for the food processing industry for more than 25 years. From our workshop in Beusichem, we realize custom solutions that are deployed worldwide. From raw stainless steel material to a fully functioning machine: at DTS, we build installations completely in-house from start to finish.

There is a high probability that products you encounter daily in the supermarket have been processed using our machines. Because of this, DTS has had an established name in the international food processing industry for years.

As a Sheet Metal Worker at DTS, you are an important link in our production process. You ensure that metal sheets are transformed into essential components of our machines. You are the foundation upon which everything is built.

You will work in our first workshop, where you process stainless steel sheets based on technical drawings and specifications. You set up machines, process materials, and accurately check dimensions and quality. Thanks to your craftsmanship, our folders, assemblers, and welders can immediately continue with building complete installations.

You maintain an overview, work neatly and safely, and deliver constant quality. In this way, you contribute directly to building machines that are ultimately deployed worldwide in the food industry.

• Correctly loading and processing metal sheets in the machine

• Setting up and operating machines for sheet metal working

• Checking dimensions and quality via inspection forms

• Deburring products and removing sharp edges

• Pickling welds and finishing parts

• Insulating parts and machines

• Bending metal sheets using a press brake (preferred)

• Packaging products and making them ready for shipment

• Working according to technical drawings

You are someone who:

• Has experience in a production or metal environment

• Works accurately and has an eye for quality

• Has technical insight

• Has experience with metalworking or stainless steel (preferred)

• Has a hands-on mentality
