Allround Tradesperson

As an Allround Tradesperson, you are the face of Hurks to the residents of the Woonzorg housing association. Residents report maintenance requests to their consultant, after which these reports are scheduled via our system. You then head out independently to carry out the work.

Your duties are varied and include:

• Daily maintenance of homes and residential complexes;

• Turnover maintenance for homes being re-let;

• Renovation work, such as bathroom, kitchen, and toilet renovations;

• Allround skilled work in the fields of carpentry, plumbing, and minor electrotechnical tasks;

No two days are the same. One day you might replace a kitchen or repair a bathroom, and the next day you are resolving various maintenance reports for residents.

Although you work much of the time independently, you are never alone. At the office, there is a dedicated team of planners, work preparers, and colleagues with whom you have daily contact. Together, you ensure optimal service to the residents and work towards achieving the set KPIs.

• Start of workday: 07:00 at the office in Den Bosch

• Then you head out independently to the scheduled addresses

• End of workday: 16:00

• Experience as an Allround Tradesperson, Maintenance Worker, or Service Technician;

• Broad technical knowledge and experience with various tasks;

• Technical insight and a practical attitude;

• Customer friendliness and good communication skills;

• Independence and a sense of responsibility;

• Driving license B;

• Flexibility and a solution-oriented work attitude.
