• You are responsible for optimizing the customer journey and brand experience in your Experience Center.

• With your team, you guarantee good advice about our bikes and customer-oriented service for the visitors. This results in a high conversion of customer visits to purchases in our dealer network.

• You use data insights such as consumer evaluations, visitor numbers, and conversion rates to improve together and respond to changes.

• You ensure efficient and effective business operations and contribute to achieving the commercial objectives of the organization.

• All-round store management, leadership, and process optimization: your entrepreneurial tasks are enormously varied.

• Together with your fellow store managers and the Manager Experience Centers, you safeguard best practices and ensure that work is done in a uniform manner.

• You think along about how we can further enthusiast more cycling enthusiasts in your region for test center visits through local initiatives.

• You are the Gazelle calling card in your region and build a good collaboration with the dealers so that we can provide the best consumer experience together.

You run your own Experience Center. From bringing attention to your test center in the region and leading an inspired team to arranging facility matters; you are not afraid to get your hands dirty and switch gears easily.

• Mbo+ / hbo working and thinking level with commercial, leadership experience in a (preferably) retail or hospitality environment.

• Hospitality, customer experience, and commerce are central to you.

• As a true team player, you naturally create mutual involvement.

• Flexibility: the busiest workday in our ECs is Saturday.

• You seize opportunities where you see them and take your own responsibility in doing so.

• You understand the broader perspective of Gazelle and translate this into customer focus. Data analytics help you strengthen this insight.
