Requirements
What we're looking for
You have experience in Retail or Horeca, preferably in a premium environment.
- You have an eye for the presentation of our chocolate in the window display and in the store.
You speak Dutch and can also assist customers in English.
You have experience with staff scheduling, ordering, deliveries, and inventory management.
You have a strong drive for success, both individually and at team level.
You are a true chocolate lover!
You are digitally proficient; experience with Workday is a plus.

The role
What you'll do
You lead the team and you are the first point of contact on the shop floor.
- You create the staff schedule and ensure an efficient distribution of work.
You create a warm, welcoming experience for every visitor.
- You are responsible for inventory management, ordering, and deliveries.
You ensure an attractive and well-maintained presentation of our products.
You work flexibly, also on weekends, shopping evenings, and some holidays.
