As a Trainee BI Consultant, you will start directly in our business unit and follow an intensive development program. You will learn everything about BI, data, and Smart Finance, using tools such as Power BI, Qlik, and TimeXtender. You will receive professional training as well as personal guidance from experienced colleagues. Together with other trainees, you will follow a personal development track that helps you shape your career.

You will work on projects in sectors such as Healthcare, Retail, Industry, Education, and Government. In the beginning, the focus lies on learning and discovering, but you will soon grow into a role in which you independently translate client questions into smart BI solutions. You will learn to design reports, model data, and advise clients on optimizing their finance processes.

We improve decision making. Within the unit in Groningen and Eindhoven, 60 professionals work toward our common goal of enabling our clients to make better decisions and choices based on our data solutions. We realize and maintain these data and BI solutions for our clients in Healthcare, Retail, Education, Industry, and the Government. We work with market leaders in the field of data and BI, such as SAP, Qlik, Microsoft, and Jedox. From design to implementation, and from providing training to delivering support by our own colleagues. It is precisely because of this that we are successful together, without forgetting the human side.
