As a managing consultant BI, you combine a strong network with commercial insight and technical expertise. You...

• build upon your existing network to initiate new collaborations and deepen existing relationships

• translate your network into concrete opportunities by applying your understanding of business intelligence to the challenges of potential clients

• identify and develop commercial possibilities by actively maintaining and expanding your network with relevant contacts.

• convert acquisition into concrete assignments by linking your technical knowledge to client needs

• prepare convincing proposals and present our services to potential clients from both a technical and commercial perspective

• coordinate and execute larger BI projects, such as loading, transforming, and analyzing data, and developing and implementing dashboards using, for example, Power BI

• guide clients in developing solutions and leveraging insights.

• Examples of projects you will work on:

• Helping a healthcare institution align staffing with the required capacity in the operating room.

• Helping a water company manage lead times using dashboards that visualize the entire chain.

• Making the gender pay gap transparent.

• Setting up master data management and improving invoicing processes for an energy supplier.

• Developing data-driven interventions to tackle debt issues.

You combine a relevant professional network with demonstrable experience in business intelligence and commercial drive. Preferably, your network has touchpoints with our core markets. You are able to use your network strategically to identify and capitalize on new opportunities, where your technical expertise helps you to operate credibly and deliver concrete value.

Experience and a network in other sectors is welcome, as long as there is sufficient overlap or relevance with our focus areas.

You will be part of the Digital & Data team, a group of approximately 15 enthusiastic professionals, including BI specialists, data scientists, AI developers, and IT-

advisors. Together, you work on projects with a strong data component and a commercial focus. Assignments vary from developing dashboards in Power BI to large data-driven studies that contribute to the reduction of plastic in industry, or supporting the Integrated Care Agreement (IZA). Sometimes we work on optimization issues.

The team is characterized by a mix of substantive sharpness, commitment, and humor. Additionally, we offer room for knowledge development.

We are looking for a managing consultant business intelligence who:

• has completed an academic education

• has at least eight years of relevant work experience in (management) consultancy and also held commercial responsibility during that time

• has their own network and is able to acquire assignments from it

• is analytically strong and substantively sharp

• enjoys working in multidisciplinary teams, both as an expert and as a project leader

• is familiar with stakeholder processes and data.

• has knowledge of BI tools, including at least Power BI.
