What we're looking for
Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Installation Technology, or AOT
At least 8 years of experience as an Engineer, Project Leader, or Tender Manager within HVAC
Thorough knowledge of engineering processes and project management
Hands-on mentality and substantive technical knowledge
Strong sense of responsibility for quality, safety, and company interests

The role
Passion for technology and project management? As Project Leader Installation Technology W at Property Care, you will work on challenging installation projects within mechanical engineering and HVAC. Based in De Oude Meer, you will manage projects from design to completion and work intensively with clients, engineers, and execution teams.
In this role as Project Leader Installation Technology W, you are the connecting link between technology, planning, and results. You develop smart solutions, monitor progress, and ensure that projects are realized safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. With your experience in HVAC and project leadership, you will make an immediate impact on sustainable and future-proof installations.
What you'll do
As Project Leader Installation Technology W, you will lead technical installation projects within HVAC and mechanical engineering.
Managing and coordinating mechanical engineering projects from start to completion
Drafting, coordinating, and monitoring project schedules and budgets
Checking and managing work plans, engineering, and technical documentation
Reporting project progress to the management team
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners
