What we're looking for

Experience (>5 years) in a similar role as a data engineer;
Knowledge of SQL and dimensional modeling;
HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of working and thinking;
You are proactive, integer, and work based on trust;
Communicatively skilled and an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
You are available for at least 32 hours per week.

The role

As an experienced Support Specialist, you will be involved in maintaining and implementing data solutions within various industries. These include Healthcare, Retail, Industry, Education, and Business Services. You will join a Services & Support team of 10 colleagues where we (pro)actively help our customers with complex issues. We are looking for an experienced back-end specialist/data engineer. Knowledge of the Microsoft portfolio (ADF/Synapse/Azure/Fabric), TimeXtender, or SAP Data Services is a plus, but solid SQL knowledge is a requirement.

We improve decision making. Within the unit in Groningen and Eindhoven, 60 professionals work towards our common goal of enabling our customers to make better decisions and choices based on our data solutions. We realize and maintain these data and BI solutions for our customers in Healthcare, Retail, Education, Industry, and Government. We work with market leaders in the field of data and BI, such as Microsoft, SAP, Qlik, and Jedox. From design to implementation, and from providing training to delivering support, all by our own colleagues. It is precisely because of this that we are successful together, without forgetting the human side.

How you'll work

Your work location depends on your schedule and place of residence. The locations of our business units are in Groningen and Eindhoven. We work in the office or comfortably from home. This gives you space and flexibility. You will be part of a self-managing team of BI professionals and will work together with various project teams.
