As a Consultant, you will be involved in the implementation of challenging projects within diverse industries. Think of Healthcare, Retail, Industry, Education, and Business Services. Depending on your expertise, you will be deployed on projects for existing and/or new clients. We work on a project basis (not staffing/secondment), after which our Managed Services department takes over the management of the client. Your expertise can be broad, but specialization is also possible, including in the areas of dashboarding and reporting (Power BI, Qlik) and data warehousing (setting up data platforms and ETL with, among others, TimeXtender, Fabric, Azure, BusinessObjects Data Services). We continue to innovate and deepen our knowledge of the latest techniques. Keeping pace with market developments and market demand is an absolute must.

We improve decision making. Within the unit in Groningen and Eindhoven, 60 professionals work toward our common goal of enabling our clients to make better decisions and choices based on our data solutions. We realize and maintain these data and BI solutions for our clients in Healthcare, Retail, Education, Industry, and the Government. We work with market leaders in the field of data and BI, such as SAP, Qlik, Microsoft, and Jedox. From design to implementation, and from providing training to delivering support by our own colleagues. It is precisely because of this that we are successful together, without forgetting the human side.

There are also other possibilities to be meaningful in other areas alongside your Consultancy activities. Think of providing training to clients and/or new colleagues, organizing webinars, or sharing your knowledge at events or universities.

Your work location depends on your schedule and place of residence. From this business unit, we are located in Groningen and Eindhoven. We work hybrid; at the office, at the client's location, or simply from home. This gives you space and flexibility where needed. You will work independently or in a team on a project. You have a large team of BI professionals who are always ready for you, whether it is regarding a technical issue or just catching up over a cup of coffee. We organize internal days, knowledge sessions, and fun outings to connect and stay in touch with one another.
