Microsoft AI consultant

At adesso, we believe that AI only makes a real impact when technology, business, and people come together. That is why we are looking for an AI Consultant who helps organizations translate the possibilities of AI into concrete business value.

As an AI Consultant, you will work with clients on diverse AI challenges. You will help discover and concretize opportunities, develop use cases and roadmaps, and guide clients in realizing and adopting AI solutions. In doing so, you move between business and IT and know how to make complex technology understandable and practical.

You will become part of our international AI Task Force within adesso: a network of consultants, experts, and innovators that shares knowledge, develops propositions, and collaborates on international AI initiatives.

We are also further expanding our AI practice in the Netherlands. You will get plenty of room to contribute ideas, propose new concepts, share knowledge, and further develop yourself as an AI Consultant.

As an AI Consultant, you help clients apply AI in a practical and valuable way. Depending on the challenge, you will work on strategy and advice, but also on concretizing and realizing solutions.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Advising clients on AI and Generative AI

• Identifying and developing promising AI use cases

• Contributing to AI strategies, roadmaps, and business cases

• Translating business challenges into concrete AI solutions

• Guiding clients from idea and discovery to implementation and adoption

• Facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and client meetings

• Giving presentations and demos that make AI understandable and tangible

• Working with technologies such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Azure AI Services

• Thinking along on topics such as AI Agents, governance, and Responsible AI

• Collaborating with technical specialists, architects, and other consultants

• Supporting presales and client proposals

• Identifying new opportunities and use cases at clients

• Sharing knowledge and contributing to the AI community within adesso

• Collaborating with our international AI Task Force on knowledge, propositions, and innovative applications

You are a consultant who gets enthusiastic about AI, innovation, and client contact. You are curious about new technology, but you look beyond the technology alone. You want to understand what an organization needs and how AI can actually add value to that.

You can switch easily between business and IT, ask the right questions, and enjoy discovering and shaping new solutions together with clients.

In addition, you have:

• A few years of relevant experience as a consultant, business consultant, technology consultant, or in a similar client-facing role

• Experience or demonstrable affinity with AI, Generative AI, automation, or digital transformation

• The ability to translate client challenges into concrete use cases and solutions

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Experience with stakeholder management and client contact

• A proactive, curious, and entrepreneurial attitude

• The ability to make complex technology understandable for different target groups

• Affinity with the Microsoft ecosystem

Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies is a plus:

• Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio

• Power Platform

• Power Automate

• Azure AI Services

• Generative AI and AI Agents

• Low-code and automation solutions

• Experience with AI strategies, roadmaps, or use-case development

• Experience with AI governance or Responsible AI

• Experience with presales

• Experience with giving or facilitating workshops
