Project Control Manager

In your role as Project Control Manager (Central Netherlands region), you are the 'conscience' of the project. You bear the responsibility for the control of the GROTIK aspects. You realize maximum value in terms of budget, quality, and planning, and you act proactively and adequately to achieve these objectives. You can empathize with the various interests within a project and adapt your style accordingly. Your focus lies on process-oriented working, and you devote much attention to correct communication and steering towards the project result. You are part of the project's core team, often in the form of an IPM model. This means that in close cooperation with a project manager, technical manager, environmental manager, and contract manager, you safeguard the project objectives. You take initiative and adjust course where necessary.

As Project Control Manager, you are analytically strong, communicatively skilled, proactive, and proficient with the systems we use, such as Relatics, document management, and quality systems. Additionally, you enjoy working in a team. You are responsible for process monitoring, deviations, verification & validation processes, the required quality, and (providing support for) the financial status of the project. Furthermore, you provide timely, complete, and reliable reports and forecasts and inform the project manager about these. 

Furthermore: 

• You possess a HBO or University degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Technical Business Administration, or a degree that you believe is suitable for this position; 
• Do you have experience as a project coordinator/project controller/work planner on (civil) integrated projects; 
• Do you have experience in realizing projects within road construction and/or civil concrete construction, or do you have experience with project control in technology; 
• Do you communicate easily and do you dare to act proactively towards colleagues and customers;
• Do you have excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
