Work Preparer Management & Maintenance DVM

As a Work Preparer Management & Maintenance DVM, you ensure that DVM projects run smoothly. You draw up work schedules and budgets, prepare work folders and documentation, and coordinate materials and deliveries. You work closely with project leaders, site managers, and other stakeholders and monitor safety and quality. You keep the administration of work orders and project data in order.

• Drawing up and monitoring work schedules and budgets

• Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries

• Preparing work folders and technical documentation

• Maintaining contacts with suppliers and subcontractors

• Supervising compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

• Processing work orders and project data

• Collaborating with project leaders, site managers, and other stakeholders

• Ensuring that materials, resources, and information are available in a timely manner

• €3,780 - €5,495 gross per month based on full-time

• Electric lease car for business and private use

• Mobile phone and laptop

• 25 vacation days + 13 ADV days (full-time)

• Responsibility for planning and budget monitoring within DVM projects

• At least a completed MBO-3 education, preferably in a technical field

• Experience with work preparation, preferably in infrastructure or technical services

• Experience with planning, ERP, and OMS systems

• Good command of the Dutch language

• Proactive and accurate working attitude

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Knowledge of and experience with DVM systems is a plus
