Pre-qualification Coordinator

As a pre-qualification coordinator, you ensure that Vialis participates in tenders in a timely and complete manner. You identify opportunities, collect and organize information, and submit pre-qualification documents. You work closely with estimation, cost expertise, and execution to deliver files carefully and on time.

• Identifying relevant tenders and pre-qualifications

• Registering pre-qualifications for tenders

• Preparing and submitting pre-qualification documents

• Collaborating with estimation, cost expertise, and execution

• Ensuring a structured and accurate flow of information

• Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely submission

• €4,160 - €5,490 gross per month based on full-time

• Mobile phone and laptop

• Profit sharing

• 25 vacation days + 13 ADV days (full-time)
