Requirements

What we're looking for

Technically trained (HBO or WO) with an affinity for legal matters or legally trained (HBO or WO) with a technical affinity
Knowledge of the mobility industry and critical infrastructure
Experience with construction and installation-related contracts (UAV, UAV-GC, FIDIC) and ICT-related contracts (ARBIT, GIBIT)
Good communication skills
Being a team player is a plus
Not being easily thrown off in a hectic environment is a plus

The role

As a Contract Manager, you ensure that agreements are correct and are being met. You advise during the tendering and execution phases and help determine the course. You fulfill a strategic role towards management and the board and steer projects via the contract. With your expertise, you help colleagues make the right choices.

Advising during the tendering and execution phases
Fulfilling a strategic role for managers and the board
Completing and assessing contracts for tenders, projects, maintenance contracts, innovations, and deliveries
Ensuring that colleagues agree on and comply with the right matters
Steering project success based on the contract
Delivering added value with your knowledge and expertise
