Quality Engineer in Eindhoven

The role

As a Quality Engineer, you are an important link between production, engineering, suppliers, and customers. You monitor the quality of our products and processes and identify improvements that contribute to optimal performance and high customer satisfaction. Thanks to your analytical eye, you know how to quickly understand quality issues and convert them into sustainable solutions.

• Developing, implementing, and improving quality assurance processes and procedures;
• Preparing, conducting, and following up on internal audits;
• Analyzing quality deviations, product problems, and customer complaints;
• Performing root cause analyses and drafting effective improvement measures;
• Collaborating with production and engineering teams to implement process improvements;
• Guiding continuous improvement projects focused on product quality, process performance, and customer satisfaction;
• Maintaining contact with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
