Requirements

What we're looking for

You possess a technical HBO (higher professional education) degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering) or have experience at a comparable level;
Knowledge of quality techniques is a requirement;
You have experience with industrial manufacturing technology, preferably in the High Tech market;
As a person, you are a proactive, stress-resistant, self-starting, and persuasive team player;
You can analyze data quickly, are good at drawing effective conclusions, and are decisive;
Given the central role of this position in the organization, you possess good communication skills at all levels;
You possess good knowledge of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.

What you'll do

Being the point of contact for customers and the internal organization for all quality-related matters;
The correct and timely handling of quality complaints or customer reports through a carefully prepared 8D root cause analysis;
The initiation and coordination of corrective and preventive measures aimed at quality optimization through the use of various Q-related tools (8D, 5x Why, FMEA, etc.);
You promote a Zero Defects mindset with a focus on a 'First Time Right' approach within the organization and supply chain;
Performing internal audits and ensuring adequate follow-up of the audit findings;
You are a proactive team player who moves easily through the organization.
