During this internship, you will be a member of our communications team. Together, we brainstorm, write, and create (almost) all of VDL ETG Almelo's communications regarding employer branding. Online and offline, for internal use or external publication, digital and print; everything comes your way, and together we will determine what you can take on:

• Would you like to focus on the use of social media and content creation? That is possible! As far as we are concerned, you can fill this internship as a Content Creator. In that role, for example, you will supervise professional photoshoots, interview VDL colleagues, or create a short video yourself.
• Do you prefer being involved in graphic design? Then your help will be very useful in the further rollout of our renewed employer brand. From trade fair walls to flyers and posters, everything is due for an update. Sometimes you will collaborate with an advertising agency in this, but we create many designs ourselves here using Adobe's creative programs.
• Are you more of that organizer who turns every party into a tip-top organized event? Then you can certainly get involved with numerous internal and external events that our team organizes. Such as our staff drinks, anniversary receptions, trade fair participations, and the company visits we arrange.
• You can also help us further professionalize our tours or write a communication plan. This is useful if your degree program requires you to work on a specific assignment.

You are following a higher professional education (HBO) program in Marketing, Communication, or Media and are looking for a fun and challenging internship starting in February. You possess good communication skills and have an excellent command of the Dutch language. (English is a plus.) You are enthusiastic, creative, accurate, and enjoy taking initiative.
