The role

• You ensure that parts are cleaned correctly in our fully automatic cleaning line. You position the parts in such a way that they emerge from the machine clean and without stains. The cleaning line automatically runs through the correct cleaning programs.
• You regularly check the quality of the cleaning process. In doing so, you perform checks on the chemical baths and monitor whether everything is working according to the regulations. If you see a deviation or problem, you report this and take action according to the work instructions.
• Large products that do not fit in the cleaning line, you clean manually with the sprayclean installation. Afterwards, you take care of the final cleaning, inspection, and packaging of the products, which takes place partly in the cleanroom.
• You also help to keep the department tidy and organized. You work safely and ensure a clean and tidy workplace.
• Within the Cleaning Center, you work at various workstations. Ultimately, you will be deployed at a minimum of three of the five workstations. This provides you with a lot of variety in your activities and allows you to get to know the entire cleaning process well.

Your strength

You work in a 2-shift system and are therefore part of a team of 10 colleagues per shift. There is a very diverse range of tasks within the Cleaning Center; if possible, the activities will be further expanded over time. You have a good command of the Dutch language, as the work instructions are in Dutch.
