The role
As an Industrial Cleaner, you make an important contribution to improving food safety and hygiene at the plant. As a team, we work towards higher hygiene standards in the departments and throughout the entire outdoor area. In these departments, you perform cleaning and tidying tasks according to an established program.
You will be working in Kruiningen and will be part of the Facility team, reporting to the Facility Supervisor. This is a full-time position, working in an extended two-shift rotation (2 x morning shift, 2 x afternoon shift, 2 days off).
What does your work look like?
What you'll do
You ensure the order and cleanliness of the factory and the factory grounds.
You ensure that we can produce food-safely and are always ready to receive audits;
You perform (visual) checks on the quality of cleaning.
You provide support during emergencies.
Ensuring your own safety and that of others during the use of high-pressure sprayers, hot water, and chemicals.
You register the performed tasks and checks accurately and completely.
You supervise and direct outsourced cleaners.
