Machine Machinist

As a machine machinist, you ensure that raw materials are converted into high-quality components. You are an important link in our production process. There is plenty of room for creativity and craftsmanship. When a drawing arrives from engineering, you look at the manufacturability and think along about how it could potentially be improved. You can truly contribute to the creation of a component and the total solution. You work out an order based on the production drawings and go through the entire process from A to Z.

You will be engaged in the following activities:

• Machining materials into the final product (specifically aluminum and stainless steel)

• Working with modern CNC-controlled lathes and milling machines

• Independent programming with CAD/CAM (we work with Fusion)

• Setting up machines and producing components

• Checking your work with measuring tools (monitoring tolerances)

• Processing and optimizing existing components

Our advanced machines are responsible for the efficient packaging of various products in both boxes and flexible bags. You can think of various products, including chips, candy, fries, dishwasher tablets, cheese, and ice cream. Currently, we develop, assemble, and install 190 machines annually. These processes take place in our modern production facility in Woerden, where more than 400 dedicated employees work together. We celebrate the birthdays and anniversaries of our colleagues together twice a month and organize various staff parties throughout the year. On Fridays, we close the work week with a cozy drink and delicious bitterballen in the BPA bar.

• Minimum MBO 3 level in mechanical engineering, all-round machinist or construction machinist or demonstrable work experience at this level;

• You can read technical drawings (both 2D and 3D);

• Knowledge of CNC programming or willingness to learn this;

• You are a true team player and have an inquisitive nature.
