You are the connecting link between customers, technicians, and suppliers and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Thanks to your overview, communication, and decisiveness, our customers can count on reliable service.

• Coordinating maintenance and breakdown activities

• Planning and directing technicians

• Receiving and processing service requests

• Creating, checking, and administratively processing work orders

• Monitoring the progress of activities and adjusting immediately where necessary

• Maintaining contact with clients, suppliers, and technicians

• Identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements

• Ensuring an efficient deployment of people and resources
