Do you want to learn a technical trade and develop yourself within refrigeration and climate technology? As a Maintenance Technician at Frimex, you will primarily learn the trade in practice. You will work independently in the Eastern Netherlands, receive your own company van, and be guided by experienced colleagues who will help you grow within the technical field. This allows you to build a beautiful future step by step, with the possibility to eventually grow into a Service Technician.

As a Maintenance Technician, you ensure that installations continue to function cleanly, safely, and reliably. You support service technicians with maintenance activities and travel daily to well-known retail and hospitality organizations in your region. No two days are the same, and every working day you learn new techniques and skills.

Your responsibilities include

• Performing maintenance and cleaning activities on installations.

• Supporting service technicians with technical activities.

• Maintaining refrigeration units, condensers, and large-scale kitchen installations.

• Daily coordination with your team leader and colleagues.

• Ensuring installations continue to function safely, cleanly, and reliably.

• Working at well-known retail and hospitality organizations in the Eastern Netherlands.

• Developing yourself towards an independent position as a Service Technician.

Experience or diplomas are not required. We are primarily looking for someone who wants to learn and develop themselves within the technical field.

• You learn the trade in practice with guidance from experienced colleagues.

• A lot of freedom because you work independently with your own company van.

• Clear growth opportunities within the technical field, including towards Service Technician.
