Electrical Lead Technician

Are you an experienced electrical technician who automatically takes the lead on construction sites? As Electrical Lead Technician at Frimex, you will officially receive that responsibility. You will direct technicians, maintain oversight on location, and ensure that projects for well-known names such as Albert Heijn, Jumbo, and Holland Casino are delivered well and on time.

Our projects last on average one to four weeks. This means you won't be at the same construction site for months, but will always be working on a new project with a clear end result.

On location, you are the one in charge. You pitch in where needed, but above all you are the one who looks ahead: what needs to happen today, is the schedule still on track, are the materials there, and can your crew keep going?

• Directing and supervising technicians on location.

• Distributing tasks and monitoring progress.

• Monitoring planning, quality, and safety.

• Identifying and resolving technical bottlenecks.

• Coordinating with project management and other parties on location.

• Guiding fellow technicians and transferring your professional knowledge.

• Ensuring a neat and professional handover.

In retail projects, the opening date is fixed. If a store must open on Monday, the installation must be ready. This sometimes requires quick thinking and taking responsibility. That is exactly why we say at Frimex: an agreement is an agreement.

• Good knowledge of electrotechnical installations.

• Experience as a Lead Technician, Supervisory Technician, or extensive experience as an independent Electrical Technician.

• Driver's license B.

• Willingness to travel throughout the Netherlands for projects.

• You maintain oversight, communicate easily, and know how to motivate colleagues in a pleasant way.
