Controls Support Engineer

As a Controls Support Engineer, you will start in a training program to learn the low-level control software of our material handling systems.

You will develop into a technical expert and receive more responsibilities step by step. Together with the team, you will ensure the fast and effective resolution of malfunctions and other technical problems at our customers' sites. You will analyze incidents, resolve them, and carefully register everything in our service management tool.

If an incident cannot be resolved on-site, you will perform a quick fix and coordinate the incident together with the specialists. After the incident has been restored, you will analyze the cause of the incident and, together with the team, devise structural solutions to prevent recurrence. The majority of these support tasks are performed 24/7 from our office via VPN connections. For our local service organizations (worldwide), you and your colleagues are the point of contact for low-level control software related problems that cannot be resolved locally. You therefore form an important link between the various service organizations and internal departments, while regularly communicating directly with customers.

This position offers a competitive salary of €4,200 to €5,300 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance and 30% shift allowance). By exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow beyond this scale.
