As an IT support engineer, you combine technology, IT, and logistics in one versatile role. You configure and test demo equipment, ensure everything is ready for customers, and provide IT support when needed. Returns are also part of your work; you check the equipment, process it, and ensure everything is ready again for the next request. This way, you keep the entire process smooth and ensure our customers can rely on high-quality, well-functioning equipment. Together, we ensure everything works as it should: You contribute to it.

What you'll do

How do you do this? As an IT support engineer, you deal daily with everything related to IT and demo equipment. From configuring and testing laptops, tablets, and servers to helping customers and checking returns. You ensure that everything works and ends up in the right place. You achieve this by:

  • preparing demo equipment for shipment and checking, processing, and making returned devices available for stock again;
  • guiding demo requests from start to finish and ensuring the right equipment reaches the customer at the right time;
  • assisting with logistical handling, including carefully packaging, labeling, and shipping equipment;
  • coordinating with customers regarding which technical requirements and configurations are needed and communicating internally with various teams to ensure the right equipment is available and ready for use;
  • performing technical checks and diagnostics, building, configuring, and extensively testing laptops, desktops, servers, and other IT equipment;
  • supporting customers and colleagues both remotely and on-site during demos, events, and customer projects.
