The role

As a Senior Consultant Digital Architecture, you advise organizations on complex digital transformations where technology, organization, and strategy converge. You work for leading clients within, among others, the public and financial sectors, where digitalization often plays a crucial role in achieving organizational objectives.

No assignment is the same. One time you help an organization untangle an existing IT environment during a carve-out, while at another time you support a client in developing a target architecture or shaping a roadmap for a large-scale digital transformation. In doing so, you look not only at technology, but specifically at the coherence between business objectives, processes, people, and systems.

You are a sparring partner for both business and IT stakeholders and know how to bring different perspectives together into a supported solution. It is precisely that combination of architectural knowledge, consultancy skills, and stakeholder management that makes you successful in this role. You ask critical questions, bring structure to complex issues, and help clients make choices that also add value in the long term.

In this role, you work together with architects, strategists, and organizational advisors. The team combines deep substantive expertise with a pragmatic and collegial culture. You are given plenty of room to take responsibility, further develop yourself, and make an active contribution to the growth of our services and the team.

What you'll do

  • You translate the business vision and digital strategy into a technology landscape and roadmap.
  • You analyze complex IT landscapes and advise on transformation, modernization, and rationalization.
  • You bring together business, technology, and organizational perspectives into concrete architectural choices.
  • You facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions and know how to connect different interests.
  • You work within multidisciplinary teams on complex digital transformation programs.
  • You develop business cases and support clients in decision-making.
  • You continue to develop yourself and actively contribute to knowledge building within the team.
