As Junior Staff, you will follow Accountancy training 1 day a week and, in addition, work 4 days as a full colleague. You are part of the team and you work together towards a goal: a satisfied client. You work in a team on audit engagements. And from the very first day, you will already have contact with clients. You will work for the most part for Dutch SMEs. Additionally, you will also work on assignments for various, internationally structured enterprises.

A glimpse of your tasks:

• You support one of the audit teams in performing financial controls and audits for clients;

• You prepare reports and documentation that are provided to clients and that comply with applicable accounting and legal standards;

• You assist with more complex tasks and projects under the supervision of senior staff, such as senior accountants or managers;

• You map out risks and investigate whether these are sufficiently controlled;

• You contribute by proposing solutions;

• You continue to learn constantly and develop your knowledge and skills.

You possess analytical, problem-solving, and learning abilities. You are clear in your communication and pleasant to interact with. Additionally, you are client-oriented, accurate, and have integrity. You can set priorities and meet deadlines, even in busy situations.
