Finance, Tax & Advice Graduation Intern

Are you in the final phase of your studies and do you want to graduate at an organization where your development is truly central? At Van Oers, as a graduation intern, you will get the space to gain practical experience and to fully carry out your graduation assignment or thesis within our tax practice. You will dive into a current issue that matches your area of interest and our daily practice. Naturally, you will receive the right guidance from experienced colleagues - so that you graduate not only with good research, but also with valuable practical insights.

During your graduation internship, you will get the chance to focus on your research or thesis within our tax practice. Together with your supervisor, you will determine a topic that fits your studies, interests, and the practice of Van Oers. In addition, you will work within your team and support colleagues with various tasks.

A glimpse of your tasks

• You prepare files and you support the preparation of various tax returns;

• You analyze financial and tax issues to arrive at insights and recommendations;

• You support experienced advisors with various tax activities;

• You independently conduct research into the chosen issue;

• You write a detailed report with concrete points for improvement and advice or deliver a final product.

You possess willpower, analytical skills, and the ability to learn. You are accurate, critical, and communicative. Additionally, you can work independently and are not afraid to ask for help.

• You are following a HBO (Higher Professional Education) program in Finance, Tax & Advice;

• You are looking for a graduation internship starting in February 2027;

• You are proactive and motivated to develop yourself, both professionally and personally;

• You enjoy collaborating, but you also dare to take responsibility independently;
