Student internship - Tax

Within the Tax practice group, we are looking for talent who get energy from providing advice on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets transactions, reorganizations, and private equity transactions. You do not do this alone; you work closely with the Corporate, P&R, and Finance practice groups. Additionally, drafting contracts is also part of your duties. Furthermore, we guide (re)structurings, (re)financings, and complex financial products, such as securitizations, ECB financing, and other structured debt transactions. But this is not the only thing! Another aspect of the practice is assisting clients in disputes with the Tax Authorities. All in all, a dynamic practice. Does that sound like something you are looking for? Then please read on.

Through a two-month student internship, we give students the chance to gain practical experience and get to know the firm in a challenging way. During these two months, your personal development and progress are the priority.
