What are you going to do?
For our beautiful Van Mossel Mercedes-Benz location in Rotterdam Autostrada, we are looking for a customer-friendly and representative colleague to strengthen our driven and enthusiastic team as a service advisor. In this position, you are the first point of contact for customers and the link between the customer and your colleagues in the workshop. Everything that happens in the workshop to the customer's car, you process administratively. This includes thinking about the performed work, invoicing, and damage or warranty claims. Additionally, you maintain the workshop planning, discuss this with customers, and answer any questions. Regardless of the customer's problem, you ensure that they go home with a satisfied feeling and a smile! What your duties will include among other things?

• Creating work orders;

• Administrative processing of the work performed on the car;

• Scheduling the work for colleagues in the workshop;

• Monitoring the progress of the planning;

• Discussing the invoice and providing explanations to the customer regarding the performed work.
