Service Advisor in the Netherlands

Are you customer-oriented, handy with systems, and ready for a great step within the automotive industry? As a Service Advisor at Pouw Rijssen, you will learn how to assist customers effectively, ensure workshop appointments run smoothly, and support colleagues in the workshop.

You start your day by preparing the schedule. After that, you switch between customers, phone calls, and colleagues. No two days are exactly the same, but you will learn step by step how to maintain an overview. You:

• receive customers and discuss their wishes;
• create work orders for the workshop;
• schedule maintenance, repairs, and delivery times;
• keep customers informed of the progress;
• prepare invoices and explain the work performed;
• coordinate with mechanics, the warehouse, and sales;
• learn to work with the systems and processes of Pouw.
  
  With your clear communication, you ensure peace of mind for the customer and an overview in the workshop.

You enjoy helping customers and find it important that appointments are correct. You communicate clearly, pick up new systems quickly, and remain calm when it is busy. You do not need to be an experienced Service Advisor yet. However, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn, switches tasks easily, and gets energy from customer contact, planning, and collaboration.
