As a Parts Specialist at Van Mossel Jaguar Land Rover in Apeldoorn, you are the primary point of contact for our internal and external customers regarding car parts, fluids, and accessories. You know how to advise customers in a customer-oriented manner and actively think along with them about the correct parts and the corresponding delivery times.

You will have contact with various customers both by telephone and by email. This includes our own car and body shops, other brand dealers, universal car and body shops, and private customers. You ensure that orders are processed correctly, customers remain well-informed, and the stock is in order.

Your responsibilities include:

• Advising customers about car parts, fluids, and accessories.

• Answering questions from internal and external customers by telephone and email.

• Receiving, processing, and preparing orders.

• Informing customers about expected delivery and delivery times.

• Correctly processing and invoicing orders.

• Managing stock and ordering necessary parts in a timely manner.

• Maintaining good contact with customers and colleagues to ensure services run smoothly.

You have an affinity for cars and enjoy helping customers find the right parts. You have strong communication skills, work accurately, and love to get things organized properly. Experience as a Parts Specialist or in the automotive industry is a plus, but not a requirement. Your colleagues will be happy to help you further develop the necessary product knowledge and skills.
