Are you that energetic and service-oriented professional who always maintains an overview AND makes customers feel immediately welcome? As a Front Desk Clerk at Seat & Skoda in Waalwijk you are the first point of contact for our customers regarding maintenance and repairs. You ensure flawless scheduling, communicate clearly, and ensure that everything - from work orders to customer satisfaction - runs smoothly.

In this versatile role, you are the pivot between the customer and the workshop. Your tasks include:

• Welcoming and advising customers hospitably;

• Scheduling and coordinating workshop appointments;

• Coordinating daily activities in the workshop;

• Creating and processing work orders;

• Handling customer inquiries and any complaints;

• Discussing invoices and explaining performed work.

You switch effortlessly between customer contact and administration. Even during busy periods, you remain calm, organized, and friendly. You feel at home in a team, think proactively, and always go that extra mile for satisfied customers.
