For our Van Mossel Renault Dacia branch in Vlaardingen, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who keeps the warehouse running and provides support to the reception where necessary. In this versatile role, you ensure that the mechanics have the right parts and help ensure that the daily operations at the branch run smoothly.

An important part of your work takes place in the warehouse. Mechanics come to your counter when they need parts or tools for repairs to passenger cars. You ensure that they quickly receive the right items, so that customers can get back on the road as soon as possible. Additionally, you maintain stock levels and process orders and issues administratively in the system.

You also support the reception where necessary. You are a point of contact for customers, helping them in a friendly manner, and stepping in when your colleagues at the reception could use extra support. It is precisely that combination that makes your workday varied: one moment you are busy in the warehouse, the next moment you are helping a customer or supporting your colleagues.

Your responsibilities include:

• Issuing parts and tools to mechanics in the workshop;

• Preparing parts that are needed for the next day;

• Ordering, receiving, and administratively processing parts;

• Maintaining and checking the warehouse stock;

• Supporting the reception with daily activities;

• Addressing customers in a friendly manner and helping them further.

Experience in a similar position is a plus, but certainly not a requirement. Our experienced colleagues are happy to teach you the ropes of the trade. It is important, however, that you have an affinity for cars and preferably some knowledge of automotive technology. Additionally, you enjoy interacting with people and are willing to step in where needed.

You are someone who likes to roll up your sleeves, maintains an overview, and enjoys alternating between different tasks. Furthermore, you are:

• Accurate, motivated, and proactive;

• Customer-friendly and communicative;

• Able to work independently, but also a true team player;

• You have command of the Dutch language;

• Available full-time.
