Head of Financial Administration

For Van Mossel Autoschade, we are looking for a Head of Financial Administration who, from our location in Waalwijk, will help to take the financial administration of the 26 car repair companies in the Netherlands to a higher level and lead, coach, and further develop the team.

As Head of Financial Administration, you are responsible for the complete financial administration and you lead a team of 7 employees. You are a working supervisor: you personally take on tasks such as preparing reports and improving processes, and combine this with coaching and managing your team.

In this role, you are a true people manager: you stimulate and motivate your employees, coach them in their development, and ensure that everyone can get the best out of themselves. You create a positive, professional working environment in which collaboration, knowledge sharing, and personal growth are central. At the same time, you act as a sparring partner for management, identify bottlenecks, and translate these into concrete improvement initiatives that you successfully implement and secure within the organization.

You have several years of experience within financial administration and leading teams. You combine analytical insight with a practical, hands-on approach and know how to inspire, develop, and stimulate employees.
