As a Contract Affairs Clerk within the contract adjustments team, you are an important link in the contract management of lease cars and, together with your colleagues, you are administratively responsible for everything that must be processed during the term or upon termination of a lease contract. You maintain an overview, process changes carefully, and communicate clearly with internal and external customers. In this role, you ensure that lease amounts are correct throughout the term and that terminations are handled smoothly, correctly, and in a customer-friendly manner. In doing so, we always look for the best solution and process it accurately in our system. You interact daily with colleagues and potentially customers when questions arise.

Your main tasks, across various Lease Labels:

• Recalculations of lease cars (e.g., adjustments based on mileage/term);

• Handling contract terminations with administrative accuracy (e.g., Buyouts & Takeovers);

• Requesting necessary data from internal/external parties;

• Preparing final settlements and reconciliations;

• Informing internal and external customers about changes and terminations (email/telephone).

You ensure that contracts are correct - in content, administration, and communication.
