What we're looking for
- HBO working and thinking level, a background in the financial sector is a plus!
- In possession of WFT basis, WFT Pensioen and WFT Vermogen or willing to obtain these.
- Knowledge of and experience with continuous improvement, looks with a critical analytical eye.
- Experience with the administration system Lifetime is a plus.
- Commercial and result-oriented.
- Professional and reliable in attitude and communication.
The role
What you'll do
As an Inside Sales Account Manager (Internal Account Manager Pensioning), you will be part of the Personal Solutions Sales team, which consists of 21 specialists collectively responsible for all customer contact with participants in the payout phase. The team is specifically responsible for the payout phase of pension and wealth products.
As an individual and as a team, you are responsible for both high customer satisfaction and the commercial results of the aforementioned products. In this role, you maintain intensive contact with both the participant and their advisor. This customer contact takes place via various channels, including telephone, email, chat, and social media. You ensure timely, correct, and customer-oriented output, such as quotes, change forms, surrender proposals, and policies, and also ensure correct administrative processing. The team guides participants through the entire retirement process towards a Defined Benefit (DB) interest payout, the Direct Ingang Pensioen (DIP) and/or the Direct Ingaand Variabel Pensioen (DIVP), supplemented by the Inkomen voor Later solution in the form of the Direct Ingaande Lijfrente (DIL).
