• A salary between € 3.262,15 - € 4.660,22 per month (depending on your work experience and completed education).
• A work week of 40 hours, but part-time (32/36 hours) is also negotiable.

Your impact

In the world of security, everything runs 24/7. Thanks to your planning, our customers can always count on a strong and complete team. You maintain an overview, switch gears quickly, and ensure that everything runs smoothly – even when the situation changes suddenly.

As a planner, you are responsible for short-term planning (up to 8 weeks ahead). Whether it is a sick leave notification, a last-minute request from a customer, or an unexpected capacity challenge: you ensure it gets resolved. Creative, thoughtful, and always with an eye for both the employee and the customer.

Together with the Capacity Planner and Operational Managers, you determine the best approach. You work closely together to find the right balance between employee satisfaction, customer agreements, and business goals.

• You manage and optimize approximately 12,000 plannable hours per pay period
• You ensure efficient and future-proof planning
• You solve capacity issues quickly and smartly
• You communicate daily with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
• You actively participate in work meetings to improve planning

• You have an MBO4 working and thinking level.
• You have at least 1 to 3 years of experience in executing (operational) planning processes.
• You are willing to work an on-call shift once every 4 weeks (meaning working outside of office hours).
• Residing within a 40 km radius of Amsterdam.
