• A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree
• Demonstrable experience within a relevant working environment where contact with contractors, governments, and infrastructure plays an important role.
• Professional command of the Dutch language.

• Knowledge of high-voltage grids, cables, and pipelines is a strong plus.
• Experience in a similar position and familiarity with business processes regarding permissions and permit granting is a significant plus.

We offer you:

• A permanent contract with a two-month probationary period, based on 32 to 40 hours per week.

• A salary in scale 8: € 4,276 to € 8,443 gross per month with 8% holiday allowance and 6% year-end bonus and 70% pension contribution.

• A solid pension via ABP: we pay 70% of your premium.

• 43 leave days per year.

As a Private Rights Maintenance Advisor, you ensure that contractors and governments receive the correct permissions in a timely manner to carry out work safely and according to the applicable conditions. In doing so, you make a direct contribution to a reliable electricity grid and the energy transition in the Netherlands. In the coming years, the challenge lies in responding within legal time limits, while the pressure on the energy grid and the number of works continues to increase.

As a Private Rights Maintenance Advisor, you ensure that works in the vicinity of TenneT's high-voltage infrastructure can be carried out safely and carefully. You assess applications, coordinate with involved parties, and ensure that permissions are granted in a timely manner. With this, you contribute directly to a safe and reliable energy grid.

• Assessing applications for works near high-voltage connections and granting the necessary permissions.
• Coordinating with contractors, municipalities, and other governments to make works possible safely and according to the applicable conditions.
• Monitoring legal response deadlines and ensuring timely processing of applications.
• Advising on works in relation to the presence of cables and pipelines of the high-voltage grid.
• Maintaining contact with internal technical experts to reach careful and well-founded decisions.
• Contributing to a safe execution of works around TenneT's high-voltage infrastructure.
