Maintenance and Troubleshooting Team Leader

• You have a completed technical education at MBO4 level, preferably in the direction of Engineering Technician;
• or you have built up a comparable working and thinking level through work experience;
• You possess at least 5 years of leadership experience;
• You have technical experience within a production environment, allowing you to communicate effectively with, among others, mechanics, operators, and production foremen.
• You have experience with Ultimo or another maintenance program.
• You are willing to work in a 2-shift service.
• You are willing to work during the construction holiday.

Your mission is to keep the factory running with the highest possible output and minimal technical disruptions. In doing so, you will lead a team and you enjoy helping your team reach a higher level. You therefore find training team members very important. Are your team members stuck? Then you guide them with the (dis)assembly, repair, overhaul, and conversion of the machines. The technical department consists of approximately 20 employees/freelancers in a 3-shift system. There are a total of 3 team leaders and a production planner, who report to the head of the technical department. Are you one of these team leaders?
