Furthermore:

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Foreman within infra-related projects
• You possess an HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level, preferably from a Civil Engineering degree or similar
• You are well acquainted with UAV-GC and RAW contracts and have experience working in construction teams
• You possess good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
• You possess a B driver's license

As a Civil Engineering Foreman, you are co-responsible for the realization of infrastructural works in the region. Depending on the projects, it may sometimes be that you work on multiple projects at once. These are mostly regional projects that often have an integral character. Think of (complex) urban developments involving sewer replacements, asphalt roads, and concrete structures. For example, we are currently working on the ‘Stationsgebied Zuid in Eindhoven’ development and recently completed HOV3.

As a Foreman, you have your feet firmly in the construction pit, where you are responsible for the on-site management of the project. Additionally, you work closely with the Site Preparer and the Project Manager. You organize people, equipment, and materials as efficiently as possible, and you monitor and oversee processed quantities. You know better than anyone how to motivate your colleagues to execute the project according to the contract and within the established schedule and work budget. In this, safety and quality come first! Additionally, you handle the administration, identify contract changes, and prepare reports on extra and reduced work. You are also involved in project control and risk management.

Furthermore, you maintain contact with the client and actively participate in construction meetings. This ensures you are well-informed about developments within the team and the wishes of the client.
