Who are you?
As a Quality Consultant at AUTO|Q, you are the connecting factor between technology, processes, and business. You play a crucial role in defining, implementing, and improving quality processes within projects and organizations. You help teams to make quality an integral part of their way of working and know how to inspire and motivate others to achieve quality objectives. You have a passion for quality and testing, a proactive mindset, and the drive to make a difference together with colleagues.

How do you help our customers move forward?
A glimpse of the activities you can expect at our customers:

• You help teams improve their testing approach by paying attention to bottlenecks and optimizations;
• You guide Agile teams in implementing behaviour-driven development (BDD) to take the quality of their applications to a higher level;
• You perform risk analyses to determine the right testing strategy together with the customer and to proactively manage risks;
• You train teams in best practices regarding test automation and quality assurance.

What do we ask of you?
You have a clear vision on quality management, a passion for improvement processes, and you live to take the quality of services and applications to the next level. You are a team player who strives for the best result together with others and you look beyond just your own tasks.

Additionally:

• Do you have demonstrable work experience in a similar role;
• Do you have experience with setting up and implementing quality processes;
• Do you have knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 25010, TMMi, or CMMI;
• Do you have experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps working;
• Do you possess analytical skills and know how to translate complex issues into practical solutions;
• Are you communicatively skilled and know how to persuade stakeholders at different levels;
• Are you in possession of a TMap and/or ISTQB certificate;
• Do you have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field of study;
• Do you master the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

• A permanent contract and a gross monthly salary between € 4,500.- and € 6,000.- based on full-time employment (40 hours per week);
• At Sopra Steria, we believe equal pay for equal work is important. Therefore, we determine your salary based on objective criteria such as experience, knowledge, competencies, and responsibilities. This allows us to ensure fair and transparent compensation that matches your background and the impact of your role.
• Holiday allowance of 8%;
• A profit-sharing scheme with a target payment of 8% of the gross (part-time) annual salary, depending on company results;
• A mobility scheme with a choice between an electric lease car or an alternative transport arrangement, suited to your situation;
• 27 vacation days, with the possibility to buy or sell non-statutory vacation days;
