Cyber Security Specialist (Blue Team)

• A completed HBO or university degree with a focus on IT or Cybersecurity. Or another degree with a strong analytical component.  

• At least 2 years of experience as a cybersecurity specialist in the field of engineering, security monitoring, and/or incident response. 

• Certifications such as GSEC, GCIH, Security+, BTL1, CCDL1 or certifications in Azure (e.g. AZ-900 and AZ-500), Microsoft SC-200, AWS, Splunk or Elastic. 

• Clear communication, also towards non-technical stakeholders. 

• Team player with a passion for knowledge sharing and continuous learning. 

• Fluent Dutch and good command of English.

Will you join our cybersecurity team?  

As a Blue Teamer at Sopra Steria, you will work daily on protecting organizations against cyber threats. You will analyze security issues, monitor systems, investigate incidents, and develop solutions that strengthen digital resilience. Together with your team, you ensure that security measures remain reliable and that new solutions are implemented effectively.
