• A completed HBO (higher professional education) or WO (university) degree

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Experience translating business processes into user stories, requirements, and/or designs

• Insight into IT landscapes and systems and the skill to identify opportunities for improvement

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch (minimum B2 level) and English

As a Business Information Analyst, you help clients set up their IT landscape and processes to be future-proof. You play a key role in digital transformation projects and advise on process, data, and IT issues. In doing so, you support clients in their decision-making and translate needs into user stories, requirements, and designs.

You usually work in agile and product-oriented environments. You map out business processes and information flows, analyze bottlenecks, and translate these into concrete solutions. In this way, you contribute to more efficient processes, better decision-making, and the realization of IT roadmaps.
