• Dutch at C1/C2 level, both oral and written;

As a Senior Business Analyst in Groningen, you play an important role in complex organizational and change issues. With your experience and analytical skills, you translate business and process needs into concrete, sustainable solutions that contribute directly to the growth and effectiveness of our clients. In doing so, data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) play an increasingly large role in the issues you work on.
You advise stakeholders at a tactical and strategic level and guide improvement trajectories from analysis and design to successful implementation. You help organizations not only with optimizing processes, but also with deploying data and AI to operate smarter and in a future-proof manner. Thanks to your ability to create support, your strong process insight, and your hands-on approach, you know how to truly set changes in motion. From Groningen, you work in the Northeast Region, both hybrid and on-site, and deliver visible and impactful results daily.

Technological developments such as data analytics and Artificial Intelligence offer organizations plenty of opportunities. As a Senior Business Analyst, you play a key role in digital and data-driven transformations. You help clients with issues surrounding supply chain management, portfolio management, and customer journey optimization, during which you actively contribute ideas on how AI can contribute to process improvement and innovation.
You identify and translate AI use cases into concrete solutions and guide organizations during their implementation. In doing so, you work closely with data scientists, AI specialists, and IT teams, acting as a bridge between business and technology. Depending on the assignment, you fulfill roles such as information analyst, product owner, or business consultant. You support organizations in applying innovative technologies such as generative AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making, while also keeping an eye on governance, compliance, and ethical issues. You work hybrid: partly at client sites and partly from home, with assignments as much as possible in your own region.
