In doing so, you play an important role in digital transformations where data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) are increasingly central.
You analyze business and process needs and translate these into clear actions and AI-driven solutions that help organizations work smarter, more efficiently, and future-proof. You provide not only advice but also successful implementation. Thanks to your ability to create buy-in, you truly set change in motion.
You combine analytical thinking with process insight, a hands-on mentality, and an interest in technological innovations such as data analysis, automation, and AI. Result-oriented, entrepreneurial, and quality-conscious, you make the difference as a Business Analyst. Based in Groningen, you work in the Northeast region, both hybrid and on-site, and contribute daily to sustainable growth and impactful results.

What you'll do

As a Business Analyst or Process Analyst, you help organizations with their digital transformation, actively thinking along about how AI and data can be deployed to optimize processes and improve customer journeys. You work on issues surrounding supply chain management, Portfolio Management, and Customer Journey optimization. Additionally, you identify and translate AI use cases into concrete solutions, acting as a bridge between business, data experts, and IT teams. Depending on the assignment, you also work as an information analyst, product owner, or business consultant. You support organizations in applying new technologies such as generative AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making. You work hybrid, partly at clients and partly from home, with assignments as much as possible in your region. At Sogeti in Groningen, you are part of an active Business Analysis community in which data and AI are also an important part. Knowledge sharing, collaboration, and job satisfaction are central, and you get all the space to further develop towards data- and AI-driven working.
