Help build the future of our platform
At Gomibo, we build almost everything ourselves: from logistics systems and pricing engines to customer portals and internal tools. Because of this, Product Managers are indispensable in determining what we build, why it is important, and how we approach it.
As a Junior Product Manager, you will join a multidisciplinary team and work together with engineers, designers, and other PMs. You will learn the trade in practice: from writing clear specifications to prioritizing improvements that have a direct impact. Will you contribute to our platform, which is now active in 29 countries?
What kind of projects can you work on?
Product managers work in various teams, each with their own expertise and projects. Think of:
Making our SaaS platform configurable, so our customers can set up their website according to their own wishes, without unnecessary complexity.
The redesign of our product catalog. This means redesigning the product structure from the ground up, taking into account many different edge cases and the interests of various stakeholders.
Market research into new payment methods in foreign markets and working out how we can best integrate these methods into our platform.
Figuring out how to request extra data or documents in the most customer-friendly way after a customer has completed the ordering process. This varies from developing a system with which we can set up customer communication flows to thinking about user interfaces where customers can provide documents.
Setting up a new fraud database with a risk engine so we can prevent fraud even more effectively. Fraudsters are becoming increasingly clever, and thanks to AI, forging documents is becoming easier; therefore, we are constantly developing new systems to combat fraud.
Developing a new environment for customer accounts. You will think about how the customer can best log in, how customers can do as much as possible themselves, and how we can help them with their orders via tips.
How we work
Each team has a clearly defined domain within the platform and works independently on a roadmap. As a PM, you work closely with engineers, designers, stakeholders, and other PMs. You communicate directly with whoever is needed, without noise or unnecessary hierarchical detours.
Roadmaps are based on business goals, group goals, and team input
Specifications are short, clear, and written for engineers
PMs are close to the execution and what is actually being built
You don't have to know everything—but you do know which questions to ask.
