District Heating Foreman in Utrecht

What will you do?

As District Heating Foreman at Siers, you are daily responsible for leading a crew consisting of (apprentice) mechanics, groundworkers, and/or machine operators. Together, you will ensure the installation, maintenance, and replacement of district heating in the Utrecht area. You direct the crew and ensure that everything proceeds safely and according to plan.

You are the first point of contact at the workplace and maintain short lines of communication with mechanics, hired crews, work preparers, supervisors, and clients. Through your technical knowledge and leadership abilities, you know how to make every project a success.

Your most important tasks

Performing and coordinating activities for the underground distribution of district heating;
Giving clear work instructions to your crew;
Monitoring the progress and quality of the activities;
Reporting deviations to the supervisor in a timely manner;
Ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with safety rules;
Acting as the point of contact on location for both colleagues and external stakeholders;
Providing the necessary data and documents for the delivery and settlement of the projects. #WerkpleSiers
