Logistics Administrator

For the NuMeren project, we are looking for a Logistics Depot & Warehouse Administrator. It is a varied role: one day per week you manage the project depot in Apeldoorn, and the other days you work from our warehouse in Deventer.

In Apeldoorn, you are the point of contact for the NuMeren depot. You ensure that materials are ready on time, that the administration is correct, and that the site remains neat and organized. In this way, you ensure that our technicians can get to work without delay.

In Deventer, you ensure that materials and equipment arrive safely and efficiently at the correct project locations. You work both in the warehouse and on the road, so no two days are the same. One day you are loading and unloading trucks, checking and storing incoming goods, and collecting materials for shipment. The next day, you hop in the van and deliver orders to the right place on time.

Your duties include

• Managing the project depot in Apeldoorn;

• Ordering materials and handling the administrative processing;

• Coordinating with suppliers and carriers;

• Consulting with the project team regarding material needs and deliveries;

• Monitoring stock and ensuring that the administrative stock matches the physical stock;

• Receiving, checking, loading, and unloading goods with the forklift;

• Packing and preparing materials for transport to the projects;

• Handling deliveries to project locations;

• Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized depot and warehouse;

• Performing administrative tasks that are periodically checked by the client.

• An employment contract of 40 hours per week with a good and appropriate salary;

• A one-year contract with a view to a permanent position;

• 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days on a full-time basis, so that you have sufficient time to relax or go on holiday;

• Everything you need to perform your work well, such as a laptop and phone;

• A lot of freedom and independence in performing your duties;

• A good and familiar atmosphere at a family business in which people are central. We work hard, but overtime is not the standard. A healthy work-life balance is always our priority;

• When Siers makes a profit, you share in it by means of a profit-sharing scheme.

• At least a completed MBO-3 education. An assessment may be part of the procedure;

• Experience in a logistics, warehouse, or depot role;

• In possession of a BE driver's license;

• In possession of a forklift certificate or willing to obtain one;

• A proactive and responsible work attitude;

• Good communication and administrative skills.
