Assistant Team Manager

• MBO working and thinking level
• In possession of a security diploma or willing to obtain this
• Available full-time (144 hours per 4 weeks)
• Experience with Microsoft Office and other computer programs
• Administratively strong: you are accurate and love structure
• Very good in Dutch and English (English is the daily language at the client site)
• Hands-on mentality and sense of responsibility
• Flexible availability (occasionally also outside office hours)
• You possess a B driver's license and own transport
• Affinity with IT and willing to learn new systems

• Hourly wage between €18.11 and €22.55 gross per hour, depending on your experience. (CAO PB, scale 4 or 5)

As Assistant Team Manager, you are the right hand of the Security Team Manager. You support the daily management of the team and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You are responsible for the efficient distribution, monitoring, and compliance of protocols and instructions so that everyone is well-informed and can work safely.

You are administratively strong, work accurately, and see how you can improve (administrative) processes. You switch easily between different tasks: from scheduling and organizing training sessions to on-the-job coaching to taking on operational activities when necessary. You are someone who is not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
